The Rieke W399-PT01 70mm preset 14-1/2″ torque wrench closing tool has a 10ft lb. setting and is suitable for FS-60, FS-70 & FS-80 70mm screw caps. This torque wrench comes with a certificate of calibration. Remove the guesswork out of torque measurements for a plug! As the plug is tightened, when the prescribed torque is attained, the handle “breaks” or slips slightly so the user knows that they have tightened sufficiently.
