Description

Metro PCB Hand-Held Carriers are the safe, efficient way to carry delicate printed circuit boards. The system features adjustable panels with 5/8″ (16mm) slide spacing that accommodate boards up to 1/8″ (3mm) thick.  High-temperature phenolic knobs can be used in applications with up to 400º F (204º C) continuous temperatures.

• Units carry up to 20 full-size boards; optional double-sided center panels increase capacity of carriers.

• Stackable design permits up to three carriers of the same size to be stacked vertically, saving floor space.

• Units can be transported and stored on Metro Kitting Carts (see Kitting Carts) 
•  accommodates a maximum size of 19-½” x 12″ (489x305mm) full-size boards, total capacity: (20).With the addition of (2) of the optional center panels, this model will also accommodate (60) 12″ x 16″ (305x152mm) boards.
• Load Rating:  5 lbs. (2kg) per slide, not to exceed 75 lbs. (34kg) per carrier.
