InteliHeat® Thermulate® Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) Tote heating jacket for 275 and 330 gallon IBC totes with a 32° to 194°F (0° to 90° C) adjustable thermostat includes an insulated lid. This IBC tote heater is a super high-power heating jacket to achieve maximum performance and temperatures with three high power heating circuits independently controlled. It is certified for use in non-hazardous ordinary locations and operates on 120 volts and delivers up to 3,900 watts (3 x 1,300 watts per circuit). The IBC heater has a black nylon fabric outer layer and a high-temperature silicone-coated glass-cloth inner layer, which helps to extend the product’s life. It also has a high-grade thermal insulation that helps to make heating more efficient, decreases heat loss, and protects the operator. This heating unit includes an unheated thermal insulated lid with insulated bung flap and 13″ insulated skirt intended for use with the heating jacket. IBC Tote heaters are effective for heating and warming containers to keep the products in storage at suitable or required temperatures. *IBC Tote sold separately.
